Your payment details

Most of our customers pay by monthly Direct Debit via Go Cardless . Your payment details with Go Cardless are not seen or stored by Your Local Dragon Ltd and cannot be accessed by our staff.

If you decide to pay for your advertising by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by Your Local Dragon Ltd and cannot be accessed by our staff. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by Worldpay (UK) Limited to enable Your Local Dragon Ltd to automatically bill your credit card.

You can let us know if your personal information changes by emailing us.

Your Local Dragon Ltd publishes community based magazines that are delivered door to door. We work with business owners to help them to advertise their services to local households.

We use a CRM system for the storage of data about a company or individual. That data can include personal information. “personal information” is information about an identifiable individual, and may include information such as the individual’s name, email address, telephone number.

Your Local Dragon Ltd may collect personal information directly from you when you book or enquire about advertising with us during a visit to our website or when you contact us by email or phone.

Your personal information is stored on secure servers that have that have Digital Certificates to ensure all data transferred between you and the service is encrypted. You can choose to be removed from any mailing list not essential to the service and Your Local Dragon Ltd will remove you at your request.

If you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal information, please provide our Privacy Officer with full details of Your complaint and any supporting documentation to handy @ yourlocaldragon.com or by letter to our registered address.

Our Privacy Officer will endeavour to provide an initial response to your query or complaint within 10 business days, and investigate and attempt to resolve your query or complaint within 30 business days or such longer period as is necessary
